He called back with additional information when he said he would. And he worked to obtain an install date that fit my schedule. Installation by Averen was flawless. He was on time, friendly, capable, efficient, tidy, informative, and nice to my dog. This was so much better end to end than working with a big box store and an unknown installer. Plus the install and haul-away charges were lower than Lowe’s. I like knowing this store is an authorized repair shop as well. Highly recommend! Great experience.“
