As a long-time pet person, I deeply value having everyone at All Creatures Great and Small always at the ready to help me help my cats and dogs. Truly, all there - the veterinarians and staff - are dedicated, skilled and caring. Another wonderful aspect about them is that they also are impressively attentive to keeping costs reasonable. My family and everyone else whom we know who use this practice, LOVE All Creatures.
We were visiting from out of state and our dog had an emergency. We arrived as they opened and they were nice enough to see us right away. Our dog was not easy to sedate and had an accident in the exam room. These folks were so friendly and helpful about making our dog and us feel welcome. We left later that morning with several prescriptions and supplies to manage the issues. The bill was very reasonable considering we arrived without an appointment or preexisting relationship. They called later that day to confirm we were recovering well. Very positive experience for a small dog emergency.
Very good staff! They really care about animals. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions at my level :). They were able to see my cat very quickly. I didn’t have to wait a month for an appointment. The clinic was very clean.
