We were visiting from out of state and our dog had an emergency. We arrived as they opened and they were nice enough to see us right away. Our dog was not easy to sedate and had an accident in the exam room. These folks were so friendly and helpful about making our dog and us feel welcome. We left later that morning with several prescriptions and supplies to manage the issues. The bill was very reasonable considering we arrived without an appointment or preexisting relationship. They called later that day to confirm we were recovering well. Very positive experience for a small dog emergency.
Very good staff! They really care about animals. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions at my level :). They were able to see my cat very quickly. I didn’t have to wait a month for an appointment. The clinic was very clean.
We recently adopted a cat from Pope Memorial Shelter and wanted to get established with a vet for him, as well as get an initial exam. From the first call with All Creatures I knew we were in good hands- everyone was kind, friendly, and they scheduled us promptly. Our vet(whose name I did not get, I'm sorry!) was so knowledgeable and kind, answering all of our questions and advising us on best plans for check ups and taking care of our new love. Thrilled to know our furry friend has such awesome people taking care of him.
