Tim was a lifesaver! We had a water heater disaster on a Saturday in our new house with guests on the way. Tim answered the phone (already points!) and went above and beyond to get us a new water heater, deliver it, install it, and run out and get adaptive parts all in the same day. He and his partner were professional, kind, and so hardworking. We are grateful and will be back should need be.
Called early Thanksgiving evening when my sump pump burst and was spraying all over my basement! He picked up right away and was over in less than an hour! They replaced the burst coupling and was on their way in less than a half an hour! Saved our Thanksgiving evening! Thanks Guys!
