We bought our home two years ago through my agent from Jeremy. It was a spec home that wasn't completed when we put our offer in. We were tired of the crazy market and ready to close. We left a lot of discretion to the builder to not cut corners. Also, as a first time home buyer, we wouldn't necessarily have known about what corners were cut. We bought a home while it was mid- construction. The crew and Jeremy were wonderful during the building process. We were able to do some customizing throughout the process and the house turned out great. During the covid fiasco and dealing with the supply chain issues, it took us 19 months to get an appliance we ordered, and Jeremy still took care of making sure it was installed and was on top of the order through the Home Depot order.
We get a lot of positive comments about the house and are very happy with how it all turned out.
Jeremy has always been approachable and I believe he takes great pride in his work.
