There is a question that keeps being asked of me as a medical personnel not employed at Raymond Redicare, but as someone who knows some of the staff there. Who is the owner of this practice? Is Dr. Erinn Wright the owner? Everyone in the community knows or has heard of Dr. Wright and describes her as an amazing, caring, and intuitive provider. However, NO, Dr. Erinn Wright is not the owner of the private practice, Raymond Redicare. In fact, it is owned by Dr. Gregory Fox, a chiropractor who owns 2 chiropractic businesses. One in Bridgton Maine, and the other in Falmouth Maine. I know this may be a shock to many, as rumors are still growing that Dr. Wright is the owner.... read full review

Continue to get voicemail every time I call even during business hours with no response for at least a few days. Dr. Erin Wright was very good the one time I did see her, but scheduling and working with the rest of the staff is very frustrating. Constantly having miscommunication issues. Seem very disorganized in the office unfortunately. I've rescheduled appointments over the phone in which I've showed up for only to have the staff have no clue I changed my appointment.

I knew I had conjunctivitis and needed antibiotic eye drops. My PCP wasn't in and her covering doctor wanted to see me. Uuggghhh! That meant a 45-mile round trip...and my vision was blurry because of the eye infection. I decided to drive a mile and a half to Raymond RediCare instead. I called first and got an appointment for early afternoon. Staff was friendly amd appointment was on time. Dr. Wilkins asked a bunch of questions, examined me, and sent my Rx electronically to pharmacy. Easy peasy! On my way out I saw a sign for flu shots and asked if I could get one. Sure thing! Signed a paper and got my shot. All within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly impressed!
