Great customer service at very reasonable rates. Have been doing our water on /off at camp now for several years. And today on very short notice did a camp heat check for me. I'll sleep better tonight knowing all is well. Thank you!!

We have been working with David Burgess from his modest beginning in Rangeley ten years back, when he continually advertised, "no job too small." Throughout those ten years he has looked after our place, and we have had a lot of work done, both renewal and improvements: new roofs, replacement plumbing, foundation restructuring, plus a great deal of renewal carpentry (rotted siding, etc.) and landscaping (French drains, rock walls) For all of it, Burgess CPM has been reliable and skillful. It has also been very quick to deal with crises. Following a sudden breakdown late July 3,2008 David Burgess got a first rate plumber to install a new septic pump on the July 4th holiday. We had a similar experience, even earlier, when our water-pump suddenly broke down completely. Within hours we had a good quality new pump installed. We consider ourselves fortunate that Burgess is our caretaker and hope that the good results will go on indefinitely.
