COMPANIES NEED TO MAKE COURTESY CALLS LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW IF THEY NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER. People have forgotten about common courtesy these days!!!!I called on Tuesday and 4 days later I’m still waiting for Kevin to call me back. It would be nice to know if the company you call is to busy so you could call a different company. Leaving possible customers hanging is very un professional. I understand being very busy and not enough time in one day. But let customers know if you can’t help them. Can’t do dishes or laundry for 5 days with 5 people in the home so this is not helpful. I contacted Kevin and his team in a panic after a thunder and lightning storm left us with a fried pump-It was the Saturday before Father’s Day and they didn’t hesitate to get their equipment together and come pump my tank and replace my pump! They went above and beyond and will forever have our business! Thanks again guys!!!

I would say that Kevin and Holly are both two people with a great deal of integrity and character. I have a place in portage I live in Scarbrough , I had a dish issue in portage with my plumbing , both Kevin and Holly were right on it within 24 hours of me making a phone call. If this was southern Maine you would be waiting 2 to 3 weeks to have somebody come out I am sure of that . I’ve dealt with a few people in the trades up here and the response time is impeccable. That’s great to know there are people still out there who’s customer service is A++. Once again Kevin and Holly thank you so so much for who you guys are!
