My wife and I had two back to back nightmare moving experiences with online "moving brokers", and nearly didn't get our household goods delivered when we moved to Maine last December (2021).We unexpectedly bought a different home shortly after we arrived (July 2022), and the sellers had just had their own nightmare experience with an online broker and they lost half of their up front deposit (about 5K). They then hired Parker K Bailey & Sons to finish their cross country move.They mentioned how great a job PKB&S did and so we asked PKB&S to perform our new local move in August of 2022.We could not have been happier. Mark and his team worked with my family to move elderly members across state at a reasonable rate. Their things were cared for and nothing was broken. Mark had great communication along the way, responding to emails and phone calls. There were some unknowns initially with closing dates and such for my family's move, and Mark made multiple sets of plans to accommodate whatever they might need. We highly recommend Mark and his moving company.
