Terrible. Case worker Tara Pendexter and her supervisor Coleen are incompetent. I went on FMLA 23July. After being approved (28Aug) i had to change my address and banking info. Once that got situated I got paid 1 time 2 days later. Never again after that. Missing back pay for July and a my weekly pay for 2nd week of September. My information was mismanaged and lost because after getting direct deposit on the 5th and never again after that, Tara said I never updated my information which I DID and forwarded her the email.
