The professionalism and work ethic of the group and Integrity Services of Maine is like no other. From the very start, Bill and his team were responsive to any question asked and had patience with us if we needed to have further clarification on items. They took time to make sure we understood the process and that we were fully satisfied with the entire job. When the heat pump was hooked up and didn't start, Bill and his team made sure to explain what was happening and replaced the faulty pump the very next day. We look forward to working with Integrity Services again in the spring as we complete our build. You won't be disappointed in their product or service!

When we decided to look into installing heat pumps Integrity Services came highly recommended. A quick email to the company started the ball rolling with a quote the next day and the install completed shortly thereafter. Bill's entire family worked to make everything proceed smoothly. Any questions emailed to the office were answered the same day. The crew was uniformed nicely, polite and worked without their presence being known.I would definitely recommend them to a family member or friend.
