Horrible company!! My fiancé sent his tax info in 8+ weeks ago and still nothing! He’s called multiple times and the receptionist is useless! She has no information about anything, can’t answer any questions. And now it’s as if she’s not even answering the phone. You send your tax information in and it’s like it gets tossed into space and forgotten about. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. The filing date is approaching and my fiancé hasn’t had any contact from these people to know if he’s even got all his necessary paperwork sent in to them for preparation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They took my refund and held onto it then they sent a portion of it back and the IRS took a portion of it very depressing not very happy will not be using them ever again will be doing them myself from now on it's the tax service pro for the rich there's a lot of fees hope they enjoy spending a portion of my refund for themselves it's a ripoff
