She brought back beautiful curls that were thought wouldn’t ever come back. Carmel is a true educator who loves educating clients on all things healthy hair. She told bad hair habits that no one ever told were actually damaging curls/hair. She sent clients off with a new and simple routine to help repair and regrow curls. Carmel explained why hair was damaged, altered appointments to a different service on the spot to give a better cut, and after a second appointment almost entirely fixed the damage. She gave amazing advice/recommendations for curls. Carmel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in fixing dried out and unruly hair.
