Amazing and fast professional service. I have been coming here for five years. Steve Anderson and is team are awesome. Whatever the parts cost, is what they charge you. No over pricing. Which is awesome. The hourly rate is very reasonable and you get two mechanics for the price of one. So the works get done twice as fast. I had all my brakes done front and back and it only took a day. Parts come in the morning and car is done by midday. Thank You Kyle and Steve and the entire team. Very happy w the price and results. We stopped in to get a car wash, they asked us to come back in an hour as they had a car in garage and couldn’t move it until they got the part in for it. We waited the hour and came back only to be told the guy just left to go home. So we made an appointment for this morning as they suggested…..show up at 9:00 for the appointment only to be told they can’t do it. What kind of service is that? When you speak to the owner, his attitude is, oh well, what do you want me to do about it. Maine, the way life should be….just not in Patten and certainly not at Main Street Outback Garage.
