He was great. Found out what was wrong found an cheap upgrade aswell. Made sure everything was good to go and clean. Had a follow up issue that was my fault but got it resolved.

Ive shared this elsewhere but I wanted to put fourth how awesome Bill is. I explained that I was duped by a PC business 7 months ago and ended up paying way to much for bad slow service. That is not the case with Maine PC solutions, I had a very good experience.

Maine PC solutions is awesome!! They we able to remote connect to my computer and do some tests and such to figure out why my PC was working so hard!! Made some changes for me and now it's running so much better!!! : )
