Mary Anna and Tamar were great to work with. We found AMH during the home show of 2025 and haven’t turned back since. We received great service, the time frame was exceptional, and we received timely responses when needed. We are so happy with our new home. We can’t thank Alternative Modular Homes, Mary Anna and her team enough!

We have been a client of AMH twice. Once in 2017 when we built our home in Poland and again last year when we built in Wells. It was our experience in 2017 that led us to want to work with Mary Anna and her team again. We were not disappointed. Mary Anna tells it like it is and goes to the end of the earth trying to make things right for her clients. We had an uphill battle with Wells when it came to permitting and lots of roadblocks but Mary Anna and her team were supportive and encouraging the whole time. We love our little cottage and have no regrets!!
