Jackson Plumbing & Heating is a full-service provider for both residential and commercial customers. They offer sales, installation, and repairs of plumbing fixtures, as well as sales, installation, and service of oil, propane, and natural gas furnaces. The company is also certified to install and service ductless heat pumps and air conditioning units. They provide annual service contracts for oil and natural gas burners and 24-hour emergency service. Many customers have relied on Jackson Plumbing & Heating for years due to their outstanding customer service and prompt response. While the tradesmen are knowledgeable, some customers have experienced slow response times from the front office.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Jackson Plumbing and Heating for some smaller repairs as a first time homeowner.
The first time I called I needed a new mixer installed on some copper piping and I was not comfortable brazing the copper myself. They installed the new mixer as well as the new shower head and faucet in no time and took extreme care during the small amount of demo that was required in order to access the work area. They charged a very reasonable rate and the folks in the office were extremely pleasant to deal with in terms of scheduling and payment.

I cannot say enough positive things regarding Jackson Plumbing and Heating. I have used them several times, for things such as installing a hose spigot, annual cleaning of my furnace, and most recently had them re-align piping to my washing machine. The pipes previously had ran up thru the exterior wall and kept freezing during cold spells. Jackson PH was quick to fix this issue for me. Whenever I give them a call they respond immediately and do great work and for a reasonable price too! I highly recommend Jackson PH to anyone with plumbing and heating needs and will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!
