“UPDATE: I called in to ask to get it fixed(fully intending to pay) and not only did they get me right in the next day, they did it for free, and compensated me for my next cut. I really appreciate them wanting to make this right. Andy did what she could and was honest with me about how we could fix it. I still don’t like it(I just don’t like having super short hair), but I’m much more satisfied than I was previously. I will be back for my usual cut when my hair grows out, eventually.

I usually get a great cut here, but today was not that day. I can’t remember the name of the woman who cut it, I’ve never seen her before. But I just got home and I could honestly cry. I asked for a low taper fade and to leave the bulk on my sides and back. What I ended up with is a straight up buzz all the way around my head except for the top. Months of growing my hair out for a new trendy cut ruined. Gotta go out and buy a new hat now.“
