Called on a holiday weekend and got a response right away via Facebook just for inquiry. Called Monday morning when i decided to move forward and was delivered within 1 hour. Customer Service on phone and delivery guy were both so nice. ??

Derek responded right away on a Sunday night during a septic emergency and helped us triage and fix the problem immediately. Could not be more grateful. Highly recommend having these folks on speed dial.

I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We had an issue with our main waste water pipe overflowing into our basement for a week ?We had another company out and they quoted us a ridiculous price to replace our entire waste water pipe. We paid this other company $245 just to diagnose the issue and they left without fixing anything. We called Quick Drain for a second opinion and they got right to work scoping and snaking the drain to clear a massive clog. They also reported that our pipes are FINE and there's no need to replace our entire waste water pipe. Their rates are extremely reasonable and they were incredibly professional and polite.
