She communicated exactly what she was going to do and asked all the right questions. You can tell she’s knowledgeable but she shares it in a way that’s easy to understand, so even if you don’t get your hair done often you won’t feel lost. The overall vibe of the salon felt really welcoming too. Location was great and so was parking. Definitely recommend.“
