“Never had a bad cut or perm there, and Vicki has worked on my hair every time I have come to Maine from CA for a very long time (over 11 years). Before I moved to CA, I used to have her style it every time I visited ME from Massachusetts, AND when I stayed in Wtvl from 10/2013 till May 2015, she was the ONLY one I let touch my hair even though another stylist offerred to do it for $10 when she was already at Mom's to do HER hair.
