My bad! I misread & called the wrong number! My wife found the right #. Called & left a message. The owner immediately returned our call & made amends, explaining why the machinery likely stopped. Returned & left sparkling clean & dried. Thank you!
Gone to others in the region that charge a lot more and this is possibly the best soft touch. Only did the silver wash but for $13 it did a fantastic job removing caked on dirt and does a great job adjusting for my small hatchback that almost never gets the back clean in automated washes. Will have to try the higher level wash next time.
Used touch less gold packagea few times. So-so up to today. Today, the sides and rear of car have hundreds of dime sized spots of salt on each side. The back is slightly better than prior to wash. Wash hasn't been great before, but this time looks like the wash was pointless.
