My son and I have been going to Carol for our haircuts for several months now. I really like that Carol takes the time to understand what it is that the customer wants done with their hair, and asks questions every step of the way to make sure they are comfortable. Today I went to her to have a color done. I had tried a different salon and had a bad result and wanted it to be fixed before the holidays. Carol was not only able to fit me into her schedule on short notice, but she also fixed the problem and give me exactly what I had wanted in the first place. She has over 40 years of experience and every time I go to her salon it shows. She knows how to communicate and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend going to Carol especially if anyone is unsure or nervous about having their hair done. Carol has a way of making the customer feel safe, seen, and heard and her years of experience guarantee a good result. She was able to highlight my short curly hair and I haven't lost any of my curl pattern and my hair feels healthy and looks amazing. She is pleasant and it is such a friendly atmosphere inside her salon. She also uses top of the line products like Redken. She never makes me feel rushed as her goal is to make sure the customer is happy, not just get their money and get them out the door. Thank you Carol for a wonderful color today! ❄️Update: So a month later I decided I wanted to go completely platinum blonde. I had left some roots and streaks of my natural hair during my last appointment, and with most hairstylists this poses a serious challenge to lighten without overlapping bleach onto the previously lightened pieces. Carol was such a trooper and managed to lighten all of my natural hair and bring me to a nearly flawless level 10. I maintained my curl pattern and my hair is still strong, shiny, and I have no breakage. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to go to a stylist with experience instead of putting your hair in the hands of young girls right out of cosmetology school. Carol always rocks my hair. I added a second picture to show the lift she achieved and the perfect platinum color against the snow. I did use Wella T18 at home to tone my hair, but she provided the perfect canvas to achieve my platinum hair goals. I have no doubt she's the best stylist in the area and thank you again Carol for putting up with me! ?

My daughter's first time in a salon to get her hair done,so that anxiety was there and her own personal anxiety was definitely there, Colton worked WONDERS on her poor at home processed hair! You sir, are awesome at what you do, and keeping her comfortable for a little over 4 hours is a feat! Her hair came out absolutely gorgeous, and cannot thank you enough! Definitely coming back! I went in with my mother and watched her do the most DETAILED, small, intricate tattoo I've ever seen. She did an amazing job it was like the picture was printed straight onto her skin!!!

Derrick was professional, drew up the tattoo a few times until it was exactly what I wanted and was very focused but still friendly during the process. Very clean facility. Will absolutely go back.
Between the price and the care and attention our dogs get we drive 30 mins out of our way to bring our dogs there.
