Chase and Cole did a great job replacing my well pump. Very few plumbers answer the phone on Friday at 4pm, drive to a customer, and work into the evening. Excellent communication before, during, and after the repair as well. I highly recommend C&C.
I lost water in my house. I called C and C at 06:00. Chase dropped what he was doing to come over and help. He figured out that my issue wasn't a plumbing/well-water problem. Chase was kind, competent, responsive, and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. C and C is a pretty spectacular rescue team.
Chase was absolutely amazing!! We had renters at our place and no water! I contacted several companies that would not take the drive out to our home but Chase at C&C plumbing said yes! He drove an hour and a half the very next morning, he was there bright and early, identified the issue immediately and unfortunately we needed a new well pump! Chase and his team acted fast. They had the new well pump in, up and running by noon!!! They also had to drive a distance to get this specific type of pump!
