Stevens Electric & Pump Services was recommended by a local plumbing company. After talking with staff at the office and scheduling an appointment they were onsite at the pre determined time and looked the system over determined the pump was not right for the application and recommended proper pump to fit the application. Rick Stevens the serviceman had several options on the truck and recommended what would work for the system. Great company came out explained what was happening and cause of my septic pump failure gave me the options i had . I picked whole pump replacement due to unknown age of the current pump could of done the cheaper option but left it up to me no pressure at all . Referred by my septic pump place mcatee septic . Both companies are no pressure and great to work with and fair thank you both again
