I’d like to give a shout out to Lance’s Garage for a job well done today. It started with a 6:30 am text, “can you inspect the noise with my wife’s car?” Without hesitation, Lance had the car on the lift and parts ordered before officially opening his shop at 8:00 am. Then came installing new tires and an oil change for my truck with a scheduled appointment. Afterwards, they rearranged their schedule to inspect my daughter’s vehicle that was towed two days earlier. Fortunately, a diagnostic check revealed a low oil issue. Also discovered a few other error codes. In addition to swapping out snow tires a week earlier, they found the source of banging noises. Joys of living on a dirt road during mud season… John went above beyond to scrape mud from rims, properly balance tires and top off fluid levels. He even buffed and waxed the headlights. If that wasn’t enough, Scott helped shuttle vehicles home and to my wife’s workplace. Now, that’s customer service. Thanks Lance for providing an exceptional service.
