I can't think of enough great things to say about Washburn and Sons Excavating. From day 1 when I called and got Mike on the phone he was super nice and friendly. I had called several (5) to see about a septic system replacement and when I called Mike he came right over and looked at it. Unfortunately due to the rain we had the first week of May we had to wait for the installation. But no worries there! Mike and his crew came the following week (Thursday and Friday) and wasted no time! He did make my blood pressure go up when he knock on my door and said we had a small snafu. But no worries there either! He had already been in touch with the designer of the new system and the town office and revised a new plan! He just needed to get my approval. APPROVED!!!!! Day 1....old system out new system in! Day 2.....loam, seed, and hay! Mike told me that in a few weeks time if I see any sinking where the old system was that he would come back with more loam and reseed again. Some sinking might accure but knowing Mike has my back I'm not worried. Mike explained everything to me. He didn't talk down to me or treat me like a stupid woman. Very professional. Very kind. This company was exceptional. I would and will recommend Washburn and Sons Excavation. Thank you Mike Washburn!!!
