I'm writing this to highly recommend computer authorities. For years I've been having issue's with my laptop. Running slow having issue's with viruses and even the computer crashing. I reached out to Ric at computer authorities ( recommend by my brother in law) he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand that he does to solve my issue . It's been a year and I've no issue's and if a question comes out Ric gets back to me right away. Excellent customer service!!!! No doubt I made a good move in hiring computer authorities .
I highly recommend Computer Authorities Plus! I have their service for over 2 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Every month like clockwork, Rich logs onto my computer, and performs an extensive diagnostic on my entire system. My computer has never been so problem free. Whenever I have a question about suspicious emails, I call Rich and he takes the time to explain what I am seeing on my screen. I am not a computer wiz but Ric has lots of patience. To me, it's a great feeling knowing I have Authorities Plus there when I need it..
