I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Jim of Foothill Lock and Key. He scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and professionally installed a new lock into my home. In my life I've only written about 3 reviews but the service Jim provided so exceeded my expectations I feel I owed him and I want others to experience similar support. Very helpful. My issue was not related to the key fob in my car as I thought. But he followed up with me several times and helped me diagnose the real issue which was my battery. He didn't need to go above and beyond but he did.

Had a 01 ford explorer sport program keys wouldn't work told me y it wouldn't work got new immobilizer put it in came back reprogram the unit and keys truck now starts and runs thank you very much and price was very much appreciated
