I was a new patient but was able to get right in. my procedure was explained in detail, no surprises. Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
They took me right in short notice and took care of the problem Dr jones did a great job never felt a thing 100% will be going back for any dental work.
I just had to have an emergency extraction and I must say it was actually a pleasant experience and that says a lot because going to the dentist has never been high on my list of things I want to do on any day never mind in an emergency. Janet, Dr Jones, Karen and the entire team from reception to checkout were so caring and understanding and helpful from providing me with all my options to explaining what was going to happen before, during and after the procedure and answering any questions I had. I will definitely continue to go to Machias Dental for all my future dental needs.
