My boy is elderly, 11 and 85 lbs. First visit to a new groomer, and it was like nothing. They did excellent, they were efficient, and Seamus went right back without drama. He always pulls away, and feels nervous. The entry is separate from the grooming area. It's quiet, and I liked that the greeting was pleasant and super chill. Seamus is a nervous dog. He's 11, and he's never just walked out back at a vet or groomer without some drama. He seemed to just know he was in good hands. He looks wonderful too, and they remembered the hypo allergenic shampoo. Sometimes, in the past, groomers have thought I wouldn't know, but the lack of hives tells me they listened to me closely. We'll be back!

Motorbrain is by far the best internet service for work and streaming movies we have had in Maine. My job required high speed internet and they have consistently provided it with very few outages. In the rare instances we did have an outage (usually due to weather), they were a text message away and responded within minutes! Their customer service is outstanding and they can have a technician at our home the same day. They have gone out of their way to accommodated all of our needs.

The new facility is big and accommodating. There are private entrances for pets who require that. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have no desire to ever seek veterinary services anywhere else. Our pets have been their patients since 2005. (The business changed hands in 2022 or 23)

I can't say enough about the great job they do on my nails here. Troc does my gel mani exactly the way I request and is an expert. She shapes them perfectly, which is no easy task, she does the best cuticle removing ever. She is so thorough. Ken does my pedicures, and again is so thorough. No more ingrown toenails and the polish job is always perfect. All the technicians here are highly trained and will go to all of them. Thank you to a great team!
Katie is a super physical therapist. She is caring and through. She doesn't rush you or do a rush job. I really like her a lot.
I use the drop-off service. The attendant, Kelly is awesome. I get the clothes back either the same day or next day. Very happy with the service
