My nephew and I drove to the Timber Frame Company. Rich came outand was very friendly and had been helpful in communicating with myson. Rich cut a pair of 12' beams to specializations and had them readywhen we arrived.He came out to meet us and is a great guy to know. He offered tohelp with any further needs we might have.T B Merrick
