After being given the runaround & actually "ghosted" by one I then called Empire who returned my call that very day & fixed the pipe the very next business day, and on top of that also serviced my water heater since I'd mentioned a problem with that as well! Fixed both things very quickly, great price, extremely friendly & prompt, and a man of his word! From my experience I will now never call anyone other than Empire for my plumbing & heating needs.
