Had an awful time calling around/getting any plumbers to stop thru to fix a burst pipe this February. After being given the runaround & actually "ghosted" by one I then called Empire who returned my call that very day & fixed the pipe the very next business day, and on top of that also serviced my water heater since I'd mentioned a problem with that as well!
