Dr. Kincaid and Dr. Wormwood are two of the most wonderful vets I have dealt with. They are professional, thorough, and caring. But not just these two, everyone at the LMAH is a pleasure to deal with and are always compassionate with my 4 dogs. I never get pressured into anything like I have experienced at other Veterinarian offices, and am always given options. I trust everyone here whole heartedly and would recommend this office to anyone with a fur babe.
Had an awful time calling around/getting any plumbers to stop thru to fix a burst pipe this February. After being given the runaround & actually "ghosted" by one I then called Empire who returned my call that very day & fixed the pipe the very next business day, and on top of that also serviced my water heater since I'd mentioned a problem with that as well! Fixed both things very quickly, great price, extremely friendly & prompt, and a man of his word! From my experience I will now never call anyone other than Empire for my plumbing & heating needs. The staff and doctors at LMAH are absolutely wonderful. We have been there in person multiple times and been in frequent communication with them many times over the past two weeks as we’ve been caring for our two sick goats. They are patient and kind when dealing with worried humans, they take the time to explain everything and answer questions, and you can tell they truly care for the animals they treat.
