A wonderful place to be. I just took my first sound healing class and walked out feeling so light and peaceful. Instructor is amazing at explaining what she is going to do beforehand and really just truly knows what she is doing and talking about. Absolutely amazing. You have to check it out.

The past two years has rendered me stiff and sore, and I've gotten out of the practice of caring for myself--but after two Thai bodywork sessions at the Sanctuary, I'm feeling restored. Shanna is wonderful in the way she can sense what you need, and she paid close attention to areas I'd said were particularly troublesome (knees and hips) and worked challenge them just enough. It's full-body attention with varying amounts of pressure and stretching, and the warm compresses help to loosen things up too; I left feeling taller, extended, and buoyant. The essential oils used are light and natural (I can tell these were made in-house, with no overpowering synthetic scent). And the space itself is beautiful and serene, with the most comfortable padded massage mattress I've ever been on. I'm sorry that I don't live closer to come more regularly, but I hope to visit again! There are other treatments available too, along with yoga classes (including aerial, something I've yet to try). Highly recommended!

The Sanctuary is a wonderful and unique location. As someone who had never had Thai Bodywork done before I wasn't sure what to expect but I was instantly put at ease and felt 100% comfortable. It is a great place and the owner is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
