Marc was early to the inspection. He was super kind and welcoming. As he went through the house, he took the time to explain things to me vs just sending only the report. He not only shown me what we need done to get our loan approved for the house, he shown us what we will need to fix later down the road to really make our home efficient. I felt really comfortable around Marc too. He was safe, had a very calm presence and I didn’t feel like he rushed the job in any way. He really made this home buying process more reassuring. We hired Marc at the suggestion of a friend who was also a home inspector who hadn't renewed his license yet. Marc was simply the best. We hired him to inspect two properties. One where he saved us from a money pit and another which we bought and still live in. Marc is extremely professional and always has time to answer any questions you have.
