Have been to a number of eye doctors in the area, and these are truly the best. I’ve seen Dr Henry and Ebersole, and am so grateful for the care I’ve had with a long standing challenging issue. Dr Henry is incredibly qualified, sharp, and compassionate. Efficient, friendly, helpful, and fantastic doctors.
This practice struggles to see patients on time. My husband waited 45 min and didn't see ANYONE. Got him rescheduled for SEVEN months later!! The practice called a day ahead and asked he come in early.....! Not for nothing, but they are slow anyway during appointments and now this. We have been going here for TWENTY SEVEN years!!! Shame.
I brought my g'daughter here for her first eye appointment and was with here during the exam since she was under the age of l8. I was overwhelmed and so impressed with their customer service and their organization. All the staff seemed to be 'in tune' with each other's needs. I plan on making my own appointment with this marvelous group of professionals myself.
