Charged an egregious amount (POST) insurance for (4) appointments where they did absolutely nothing to help me- if the physical therapist was confident that they could do nothing for me, I should of been advised to stop going.

Left me an appointment reminder that I had an appointment in Lewiston that I made in Naples, ME. They called from and unidentified phone number and left no return phone number. Looked their number online and called to try and correct the appointment. Called numerous times and got no answer each time, and no way to leave a voicemail.

First off I have to give a shout out to the receptionists, they are so kind and personable. I am very impressed with their customer service and their compassion for their patients. Second, I worked with Kyle and he is so calming and very easy to talk to. He is also very patient and personable.
