CBE helped me out with a large rewiring project on a 150+ year old house, and it went perfectly. The project was well-planned, organized, and kicked off on schedule. The estimation process was detailed and informative and helped me wrap my head around the scope / trade-offs of what I was trying to do.All of the crew members that did work on site were professional, courteous, and did great work. Very satisfied. Had an appointment about a week out. After local job was completed, I was called and the work was done a week early. I was thrilled! Needed to have baseboard heating and thermostat in bathroom disconnected as part of renovation project. The work was done efficiently and faster than anticipated. Had a problem with the main breaker on my electrical panel at 4:30pm. Found Casco Bay’s listing on line along with 4 other electricians in the area. The 4 others had me leave a message on their answering machine…still haven’t hear back from them! Casco Bay answered right away and I was put through to a dispatcher who listened to the problem and had a team there the next day. The team was very friendly and smart, diagnosed the cause of the problem and had the part right on the on their truck.
