Malcom was great to work with. Responsive and straightforward. He was quick to reply to texts which was nice. I used him twice with no issues either time. Once he didn't have the size dumpster I requested available for the day I needed it, so he upgraded me to the next larger at no charge. Drop off was right on time, and he picked up the day after I told him it was ready to go. Would highly recommend if you have a project or are doing some spring cleaning.
I needed a dumpster to clean out a basement tenants had left years of old furniture, appliances, and other junk. WFT took the time and patience to help me figure out what size dumpster I needed and scheduled delivery just when I needed it, even giving me a call an hour before hand so I could be on site if there were any problems with vehicles in the way. Pick up was just hours after I called for it. Billing was very fast, fair, and understandable. Excellent communication all around. The really seem to care about getting everything right.
