Lebanon Solid Waste Transfer is a friendly and helpful transfer station where people can dispose of their trash without paying fees. The staff is caring and always ready to assist. It is a good place for recycling, with options to donate returnables to community groups like the Boy Scouts. The station is functional and offers interesting items from the metal pile occasionally. Some suggest adding Sunday hours and better processing of recyclables to improve the experience.
Not many transfer stations around now a days where you don't have to pay some sort of fee to get rid of your trash. The metel pile has some cool things once in awhile too. People that work there are real nice and very helpful.

Before we moved to Lebanon, I loved recycling. ♻️ When I did, our family of 5 only had one small bag of waste. Now it's more like 5 or more! That said, the guys there have always been friendly & helpful!
