By far the best massage experience I've ever had. I first came to see Kara in June of ’19 for my shoulder. That was a great help to my body as I was in a lot of pain at the time. Yesterday I went to see her for pain & shoulder pain at C7/T1. I opted for the 88 min massage & it was worth every dollar! Kara focused on my trigger points & even helped with offering stretching exercises I could perform at home (Kundalini Yoga) to keep my neck & back in optimal health. I plan on booking a massage for my wife next week. Thank you Kara
I went to see Kara while on vacation back in June of '19. This by far was one of the best values I have received. She explained the anatomy of my shoulder, performed an excellent massage & then even took the time to show me some stretches I could do at home to prevent my shoulder from freezing up which limits my range of motion. When in Bethel or Islesboro, ME, she is the only massage therapist worth her weight in gold!!! Go see her, you won't be sorry!
After recent surgery, I handed Kara the keys to my healing energy center. She responded with the utmost of professionalism and with a keen sense of where she needed to focus the manipulation, that of her refined massage technique. She was there for me at a difficult time. I was very pleased with how the results wove into my recovery and I would highly recommend Kara to anyone on their journey to wellness.
