Hridaya Ashram
“My first visit to Hridaya Hermitage was a little over 2 years ago. So much has changed in my life since that first visit! Since then I have come back several times for festivals and more recently for a weekend retreat. With the love and support of these beautiful yogis, I am firmly on a spiritual path toward healing the body, mind and spirit. With their help and guidance I am slowly healing from years of neglect and abuse on my body with intensive yoga and eating a health”
