“I know there's a saying that people don't leave reviews when they're satisfied with a business—but I'd like to acknowledge good customer service and professionalism when I see it.
I recently ordered an online bouquet of flowers from this business for my grandmother's birthday. The arrangement was beautiful, but I wasn't fully satisfied with some substitutions that were made due to high demand from recent community events. I shared my concerns with the business, and they were very understanding. They offered a more than fair resolution and helped make my grandmother's special day extra memorable with her favorite flowers. They truly are some beautiful flowers and I appreciate you guys delivering while I'm across the country.”
