Last fall, we were looking to have a propane tank connected to our newly installed generator. With cold weather approaching, we were hoping to have it done prior to winter, if possible. I contacted Dead River Company’s office in Houlton with this request, and every employee that I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. Within a week, the technicians delivered and connected the tank. Both were very knowledgeable and thorough with the installation. A few days later, we received a delivery to top the tank off. After a communication issue and a minor hiccup with our furnace after being serviced, the team at Dead River was quick to reach out and make things right and make sure that no issues would occur in the future. Great customer service!
