I can not believe how much easier my job at Carleton has become since we started working with County Micro. I thought I was a tech guy but these guys make me feel like a caveman. The overhaul they did to our wifi has the ability to keep over 20 computers with blazing fast speeds. I mean we now even have internet during power outages. This is the information tech age I was promised as a kid.

The Team at County Micro was friendly and professional - an awesome combination for an IT business. I reached the limits of my website capabilities and was in need of people who could decipher what I wanted to do and put it into computer terms. Mark, Kevin and Nina were so welcoming and really heard my struggles. They clearly got what I wanted and clearly outlined the first phase. In short order, they did some wonderful clean up work and streamlining of my website AND they taught me "how to fish" so I could continue to work on it on my own. I'm sure I'll return to them for continued improvements to my site. They are very capable for large and small jobs.
