We purchased two Heat Pumps from VHS and switched over to them a few months ago for our propane and heating oil. Unfortunately, we ran out of propane a couple of days ago. There was a mix-up when the tanks were originally set, and a tank monitor that was supposed to be installed was not. Anyway, I left VHS a voicemail message at 11pm to ask them to deliver propane the next day where we were out. Our primary water heater is a propane fired on-demand unit, but we have a backup electric Hybrid unit, so this was not an emergency as we still had hot water. Great service., Evan the technician was great! Informative and direct and super nice guy.
All 3 men that were at my house were just awesome! Everything was neat and picked up when they were done. Even the electrician, Dave, was very meticulous about his work. He made sure the wires above the ceiling was neat! Had a great experience with this company, again!
