We wanted to give a huge shout-out to Eric S. from Modern Pest Services for the incredible work he does at our school!
Eric S. is a true professional, he’s thorough in his approach and always takes the time to identify potential issues before they become problems. We really appreciate how he doesn't just treat the area; he actively offers practical solutions and advice to keep our facility in top shape.
Beyond his expertise, he’s just a great guy to have on-site. Everyone is always happy to see him, and his positive attitude makes a world of difference. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality pest control, we highly recommend Eric S!
Andrew was a wonderful professional who listened closely, showed caring, found the 2 hives in a minute, removed them without incident (including getting on the roof), and sprayed thoroughly so that we will not have further wasps. I am so pleased! Very thorough and a great communicator!
