Nelson was very friendly, professional, and quick! He provided a consult and installed the fence the same day, only days after my initial inquiry. He thoroughly explained the product, how to use and trouble shoot, fitted my dog for his collar, and trained my dog and I to the fence. I was very impressed with the product and service! I would recommend to anyone looking to keep their dogs safe with the freedom from a dog run or leash.
