Training department allows students to harass their trainers with no recourse for trainers. My student wouldn't listen to anything I said, even had a preventable accident and still employed here.
Update, I had a trainee swear at me and training coordinator said he couldn't fire him for that. After this, I swore at training coordinator and was immediately fired. Bad company!

This is the best place I've worked in my life. My superiors treated me with so much respect and so far kept it 100% percent!!.. There's no other place I rather be.
